I'm just a vanilla retail investor and use them (commsec)

I'm assuming they are by definition a broker and just need an instruction - phone call / email.

assuming we got letter to come to know what to instruct them? then I assume we some how enable international trading and they support -- if not I assume we must sign up with nasdaq trader -- and that forms part of our instruction?
