Remember though, because I'm not sure if you've misunderstood, that those shares are part of the 1.7 billion on issue.
All shares, being traded on overseas exchanges, come from the Australian float of 1.7 billion.

When/if we list on the NASDAQ, it will likely be a dual listing, meaning the shares will trade both here and on the ASX, as well as wherever else in the World, exchanges decide to list them (due to demand).

The DTC eligibility, makes this much simpler and easier.

Every exchange in the World, ASX, NASDAQ (when it occurs), the German exchanges/trading houses and any other exchanges that trade BRN shares in the future, trade from the exact same float of 1.7 billion shares.
