I see this stock as a long term hold.(but a lot can change over time!!)
I hope DTI has an office in each state/country it has a contract win.
Nice to get some contract wins around Asia.
I asked Richard Hemming - under the radar.
about DTI in 2015 (march) he said it was too small for small caps.
