Having dealt with MS and their many many program changes over a number of years this looks like another nothing ball to me....
No change in the relationships between DTL and their customers, no changes to the strategic role played by DTL, minimal to no change to growth or profit.
Happily increased holdings by 50% today an unexpected lovely discount.
