The remuneration structure for Key Executives is designed to achieve sustained long term financial performance. Executives have fixed remuneration plus Short Term Incentives and Long Term Incentives.
STI are based on current annual results with 70% on profit related targets and 30% other agreed targets. STI's are paid in cash.
LTI is based on a Basic EPS only, measured over a three year period and paid for in equity with vesting period qualifications as well.
in FY'23 and FY'22 and FY'21 all LTI's EPS targets were met/exceeded and 100% of LTI's were awarded.
The structure of the remuneration closely aligns with shareholders and sets DTL in good stead.
As a new shareholder I am very happy, though amused at the SP reaction today. DTL is a very well managed company and as madamswer highlights above, the impact on DTL of the impeding AI wave is only just beginning. I am here because I believe the AI wave will be huge for DTL and I am pleased to see DTL gets its personel numbers up to cope.
Cheers.....D
