You are right. Company funds have been paying * for "PUMP" before CR.
Highly prospective, blah blah blah. CR will be to "sophisticated" investors at 7% below VWAP.
How many times has this occured on the ASX? AD NAUSEAM. All for fees on transactions.
Mates rates are allowed as long as you pay the fees for compliance, when CR is sophisticated.
Uncle Reg is a sophisticated investor, so is Aunty Mable, and RUFUS get's a share.
ASX, wake up on insider trading. The only time they act, is when instos get burnt.
How is it, that BUY side is 2M @ 0.007 for 12 buyers, but ASX allows an order for
1 share at 0.007. Check out SFR the other day, change in substantial SH, down.
Can't remember who it was, think COLLINS St, Melbourne, loaned out the shares to
shorters who pushed the SP down, only to get burnt. SUCK ROTTEN EGGS shorty.
Bottomline is,if they are "pumpimg", you should be "dumping".
