I doubt Tiger will put in any more money unless they think it will save the day. Reason being is that it would have been much better to take the capital from them than the share holder loan with options. I would tend to think next CR will be either via a loan from a financial institution (if they accept the risk) or from a shareholder(s) with options on the table like the last one.
