    Neck out here, What is the risk of waiting until 28/11/14 when it opens at the new price (assuming no more than $2.97 by today's close) ,Wouldn't you end up with twice as many shares,same brokerage and at the growth stage of new company,less risk ?
    Not withstanding more bad news to be revealed... I am of the opinion that the new UGL projects will be a positive effect.
