Yes without a doubt. I'd pay whatever for a battery that would keep my laptop running for as long as possible
but if it came down to price & replacement costs. I'd want the battery that held the best charge & had a longer life cycle if it took 10 minutes to charge I'd go for that battery.
The battery chargers on a faster charging battery would have to be much bigger & heavier. Which opened up another can of worms for handheld devices.
