You dont look at investor presentations (which is basically company propaganda) you look at the actual financial reports, in which they say themselves they are looking at a cap raise, so dont know how they were looking at it before last quarterly, yet now when they are in a much worse financial situation they wouldnt be looking at it, you need to think for yourself not from investor presentations :
