Looks like we could see a sell off as the catalyst for a re-rate has now been placed in 2H CY2019 (other than a partnership or take over which doesn’t seem to be happening). IMO, investors may perceive a limited risk of missing the re-rate and deploy their capital elsewhere in the interim.
