It happens all the time

Criminals get immunity from prosecution before giving evidence which might incriminate themselves or in civil matters people agree to come forward and give evidence as long as they are speared from law suits.

There is nothing sinister about this.

Seems to me lawyer Anthony Brearley was a witness who agreed to come forward in exchange for immunity.


And if anything Anthony Brearley is the one who would be in trouble for swearing in a false affidavit if in fact he did that. (I suspect it was suited him at the time so SDG won't go after him)

I don't understand your motives from spreading false accusations, rumours and innuendos in this forum which you are clearly not a contributor in any way.
