The first six words of the article pretty much sums the value of the allegations - "Tim Pallas has used parliamentary privilege"
i.e. the guy know he doesn't have a leg to stand on in the real world to make that kind of accusation, so he uses parliamentary privilege.
Joyce's links with politicians have been documented in the press before, so it's no surprise that they're using parliamentary privilege to try to support him.
I still remember Anna Bligh using parliamentary privilege allege that Campbell Newman will go to jail... last I checked he's not in jail and is still premier of QLD.
The facts remain. Joyce committed fraud, and he's in jail for it while Tim Pallas uses the gutless parliamentary privilege shield while slinging mud.
If I had parliamentary privilege, I'd be slinging a whole load of crap his way that's for sure.
