And nothing will change the fact that MJ and his Company pocketed 14,000,000 of SDG's money without disclosing it to the seller or the buyer that's why they are in Jail. (total breach of trust , fiduciary duties) In Australia it amounts to stealing as a servant.

I rather you posted the Judgement of the Criminal Court. Not some interlocutory Injunction to prevent Sunland from suing them to get their money back which is in any case under appeal.

Unlike some judges who live in vacuum I am in real Estate and I see how these deals are made in real world and I have seen people like Marcus Joyce all too often. They mostly end up with the same faith in Australia or overseas.

I empathize with his family and that's just about all I care, for the kind of people like him.
