This will at least double the functionality of the dubber offering at foundation level. I am just happy it only cost $6m plus you get some embedded talent. We will see other acquisitions come - think Callin / Speik type. These will be accretive and help with scale / sales force.
This company is not stopping until someone like Google writes a cheque.
