A very small acquisition considering the cap raise was for over $100m. I was hoping for some revenue figures along with the acquisition update but it looks like we will have to wait till end of next month to see how ARR is tracking. Not a fan of issuing more shares at $3.75 either. There was cash available to buy outright. On the other hand, these shares are fetching the company $3.75 per share vs $2.95 that the cash was raised at so I suppose it is accretive
