I do not see this as an SP propping exercise. They will not be overly concerned by the current SP, considering it need to be below $1.53 ish for the debt facility.
It's more along the lines of Dubber highlighting the significance of something that is pivotal for our growth prospects & warrants being singled out IMO.
As Anchorman would say, "It's kind of a big deal".
