the cloud based webex calling I believe has 23 million users worldwide but the entire webex platform has been around for awhile hence 200 million users. Webex teams etc. it’s just been enhanced lately with webex calling which has the added features that broadsoft calling provided which essentially was taken over by Cisco so the technology could be implemented into their applications.

talks about the broadsoft acquisition and don’t forget cisco webex calling only went live in March this year. Growth is still in its infancy. A lot more enterprises will be moving to cloud based PBX systems over the next few years. webex calling is the best cloud based PBX system on the market atm.
