Looks like the $26.6m is gone.
AW will buy this for peanuts - not sure what he will do with it though. Probably could do with a name change and a complete spill of every leadership role, starting off with the other 2 founders and PP needs to go as well.
He might be able to sell it off and recoup his stake.
The CR is going to be brutal, will need $20m at probably 5c to get anyone remotely interested.
