I would be very surprised if the $26M is gone.
I feel sure there is a lot more to this story.
Throwing the baby out with the bathwater is also not a great idea. I am sure there are plenty of good people who I feel sure are caught up in this through no fault of their own.
I will be happy if our company can be saved and they can retain their jobs.
The danger signs were there with that last $10M CR. The lead man must have known then that the half year report would be short of funds.
Just seems like we had a strong man with far to much power as the lead man and a board that would or could not stand up to him.
We just don't have enough information as to what has transpired yet.
Lets hope we survive this mess and that we become a better and stronger company because of it.
