If they can’t get the required capital underwritten in a raise, and there is probably only about 2 months do it with the current burn, then is it a case of “sorry guys, we tried but failed. However our largest shareholder won’t take any further action as he walks away with the lot. And we were worried about him the most. Everyone else gets shafted though. That’s life”
