directors of ASX companies can do anything they want, everyone knows the ASX will do Jack Shit against anyone as they generate their profits from these listed companies. they can't been seen to remonstrate against their income sources.
ASIC is a wet fish and useless, directors also know this. The police will be scratching their heads not sure what to do waiting for some sort of direction as they are also useless. it's all a sham and those guilty will walk, money gonski!! no one will go to jail, they will go overseas and take up another board position with a mates company!!!
And those propping the DUB now will walk away with it and move on.
