Wow that’s right, back of napkin calcs if I am right are that for $5M cash bailout loan from TIGA/THORNLEY plus additional $1.5M worth of options at $0.05 per share, they would get a total of 58.7M shares… that’s quite the dilution. On top of their current 14% holding, would that double their % holding and take them to 25% or more?
