If you ask me CallN are VERY lucky to have found a buyer in Dubber.
Their business was basically all over red rover with what Dubber are offering but I guess Steve and the team must have seen at least 1M in value.
CallN owners paid a lot more for it from Telstra so they would have been spewing but at least Dub threw them a life line both in terms of shares in the Dubber express as well as jobs for some of their key people. Looks like a win/win and hopefully some synergies and missing spokes in our wheel saving us time.
