the optimisation study will provide a massive insight, I just do not want new investors to think that the company will not be raising capital. its always been on the cards. In saying that even 10 years ago I never thought they would be raising at $10. 10 million shares provides extra liquidity for eventual inclusion into the ASX200, working capital until they hit profitibility and a contingency amount.
They also have the railway upgrade that is subject to a separate feasibility study. So it could be closer to $200m. I will be quiet on this now.
