I wonder if the balance of funding is currently being secured for Dubbo with SK companies and investors..... The articles reveal that manufacturers/electronics/automotive (LG, Samsung, Hyundai, Kia to name a few) are already having supply issues from constraints in China due to reduced output from power shortages. If SK does not collectively secure supply by the end of the year, critical production issues will result. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a partnership/funding arrangement with a major SK manufacturer in the near future.
