how, is that, 10mil from gov plus asm 10mil equals minus 10mil in coffers plus a bridge/ road, why do we need to spend 10mil on a bridge road when no viable business running atm ,,also it wasn't mentioned in cap raise for bridge ? metals plant r&d offtakes, feed study ,feedstock, but bridge/ road hmm. next cap raise will be ? the taunted 2nd bridge of course
