I think now things are more exposed the operators will have to get a wriggle on or their pants gets pulled down.
First question is how to make the most(revenue) without spending a lot of capex?
Second, how to extract the most margin without spending minimal capex.
Capex costs seem to be the killer apart from realising revenue, time for the managers to roll the sleeves up and create a short squeeze.
Obviously, utilising the overseas plant is key otherwise it is a sunk cost, from there what can be transported for viable gain from Dubbo at minimal capital cost
