election looming, state government handing out money every where. I think it is more a case of the government looking like they are supporting industry by providing money to projects that should be done regardless under the guise of industry support.
Its a good outcome for ASM and the locals, but the road and bridge infrastructure on the way to Toongi could easily swallow up $10 million as it is poor condition with a couple of low level floodways rather than bridges.
