Any concern that this might actually cause further delays given the entire business case needs to be reworked? And they have stated delivery of the revised business case by end of March 2017.
I would assume you could not get finance until this business case is completed? Hopefully there will not be 5 months of silence coming up.
Great, but on further thought there might be a few disadvantages. However getting half the project capacity financed is better than no finance at all.
