You're absolutely right about the transport of gear though.. but this be considered as part of the modularization.
Just remember modularization does not mean the whole thing is constructed and shipped in.
There is till some assembly required.

Anyway I think this is good shrewd practice, particular when you're entering markets in uncertain times.
Also like that they have opted for multiple trains where practical, gives much more operational flexibility, and also means you don't (necessarily) have to shut down all production for maintenance.

This is really a good step in the right direction in my eyes.. I'd been frustrated be process continually being tacked on.. but yeah.. this staged construction approach is more my style
