I must admit I don't really like too many shares on issue either when researching a company because it shows a history of capital raisings and increasing the shares on issue with no real benefit... (Past projects failed since it's still a penny stock) It makes me wonder about management... But with VEC it's different, with these gold project acquisitions, they are real company makers... These are elephant projects, make no mistake about that!
