Seems a little sus as they are a non-holder and never posted on a PUR thread. If they state "lots of warning signs" then specifics would be nice.
The foreign resource estimate of 244000oz @ 6.1g/t resource and expanded resource beyond 15ft is in itself promising. If PUR's deeper drills were to be a dud and not confirm this resource or something close, it could probably be seen as fraudulent on part of the vendors, and it just unlikely IMO.
