I think the cut-off time would be close of business 30th Sept Colorado time. If they are playing this down to the last minute they are serious about making the move, and are in negotiations. ASX allows withholding of info when confidential negotiations are under way.

Personally I would be happy if they just handed over the $75,000 for a 1 year option - but they must think they have at least some justification for an extention of the shorter cheaper option.
Next question. -- Is there another party waiting to step up if PUR spits the dummy? Would not surprise me.
Final thought is that I like the WA tenements - explored for Ni by WMC but ignored for gold.
