Why?

* As I understood it Feb 28 was a deadline for Cougar to submit an appeal.What purpose would an ANN to say that appeal details are lodged.
I do know that Len Walker has been in Brisbane this week,
if that is of any help.

* If I am mistaken, and Feb 28 was the date for GERM to announce a decision, I wouldn't expect anything from them!

The way things have been going in this serious attempt at strangulation of Cougar at birth, I would not expect any news for a week or two,and negative at that!

Bring on the Class Action.
