founder & first chairman of the Melbourne Stock exchange in 1859
so how can you say JB Were were not " Melbourne establishment "
anyway AFI has not been affiliated with JB Were for many decades.
and by the way, Ian Potter was born in Sydney and educated at University of Sydney so he can
hardly be called a Melbourne blue blood !!
