MSMN say it may be possible to link EP145 near Mereenie to Dukas. It says there is evidence to support field geology based hypothesis anticline
up-thrust is result of salt tectonics. 1980 seismic reprocessing shows shallow multi-payzone anticline similar to Mereenie. Deeper new information
shows indications of salt diapir trapping mechanism as found at Gulf of Mexico. Deeper new information gives clue to Dukas link. It wants to review data from Dukas before further development ( this is same claim CTP makes for its time / obligation commitment extension for Ooraminna ). MSMN
is considering reprocessing 1991 seismic - its currently useing Synterra Technologies to do seismic surveys. Its justifying its request to N.T. govt.
for time extension completing seismic / drill obligations by above ideas. Sound ideas, data, intepretations, by MSMN and location of EP145 so physically close to Mereenie make this intrigueing for CTP. MSMN is looking farm-in partners - nearby CTP has existing pipelines, treatment plant, NGP connection, operating experience / expertise / staff.
