One more thing if I may.
I have been investing in the sharemarket for many years let me tell you, and I have never ever seen such a comprehensive and fully detailed excluding every possible angle that anyone would be able to get back to them legally, in their full disclosure at the bottom of their announcements.
Practically every possible and available word in the dictionary allowing them to be relieved from any legal action which could be going against them, have been used. That was enough for me to start reducing my once upon a time reasonable size holding to what it is now. And I am glad I did.
Now tell me why did they find the needs of including such disclaimers at the bottom of their announcements if they weren't fearful of what could come out at some stage or another.??
IMHO, someone within the company itself must have been paid quiet handsomely for inventing and preparing such a thing. Perhaps he collected some big bonuses too for doing it...who knows, not me.
