Perhaps you are right and I am not going to argue against you post as it is properly outlined, but don't forget that someone in the past told us that Surprise was going/extending all the way to the Alice and that it was like the big USA Army kitchen.
Look at where Surprise is sitting at today.......What shock and a rude wake up call did that comment turned out to be.
