I agree , STO look at a much bigger picture than just one little patch at Dukas. They may have formed a view considering the existing information gleaned from the drilling so far and simply sit on it until events unfold that allow for greater or easier monetization of the asset.
CTP also have a lot on their plate for a little fish so they may be happy to let it slide until current works are completed and as you said , tie it in with Zenon and being partly proven up, they could easily spin off the 15% to another partner.
