I disagree with the board. This is not in the best longterm interests of Dulux shareholders. The returns the company would have provided shareholders over the coming decades would have dwarfed the small sugar hit seen today. The board is meant to be be working for me and you as owners of this company. Where is their longterm vision? Unfortunately, they sold our company today for a cube of sugar. Sad day indeed.
