Heads up to the geologists on the project - If you're reading this, know that this will oxidise and turn a hideous brown colour. An acid bath won't bring any of this gorgeous lustre back. Before long it will lose all this beautiful fenestrate textures, and the nice zoning/myrmekitic textures that are too fine to see in this picture will be gone as well. Spray this stuff down with some lacquer ASAP if you want to preserve some samples for your mantle; an acid bath won't bring any of this lustre back.
(I wish I had this advice when I last intersected this stuff)
Pyroxene megacrysts (roof pendants?) are pretty cool to look at as well.--> outlined -->
