The 3 coys. involved in this test on balance have decided it's worth the
risk and cost to test this well. They could have plugged and abandoned
this well. But I'm thinking due to the oil in drilling mud found, and the
fact that they couldnt properly test the well previously due to tool failure,
and the drilling fluid incursion into the possible producing levels, they think
there is a reasonable chance of success.
