As you know AGU holds 30% of the whopping, massive and totally magnificent Fe asset that they have been after which is held in PDY. Whoa I nearlly had a moment just then...
It is another lose grasp at getting hold of the Fe project.
At best it's creative, at worst it is a fricken joke. C'mon ASIC stop allowing these frivilous offers of take-overs prevent well managed and run companies from doing good business.
Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY know whats going on and the chance of success, you guessed it in one......ZIPPO, it wont happen.
So let Mr. Quinn and his board get back to the business of doing good business good and show some return for the die hard investors who have backed this company.
Better still...Make the shareholders an offer which represents true value....DUO=DUD
