Interesting conditions of agreement:
Dourado raising a minimum of A$3,000,000 (or such other amount sufficient to meet ASX’s admission requirements) through the issue of Dourado Shares at an issue price of not less than A$0.02 per Dourado Share (Capital Raising);
Looks like they're expecting to push this north of 2c.
