To the contrary Erie I have held may biotec shares over the years and have noted even lodging a CE application ( not a FDA application ) usually sees a reasonable jump in the SP . Usually the SP dwindles back down the board a bit while share holders wait for the trial application to be approved . In this case it’s more important for AVR to see the SP is strong prior to the 18 th of Dec so the majority of the options are exercised . Once AVR options are exercised AVR is financially strong and even if anotherCR is needed it will be done at a substaintially higher SP . GLTATH
