I think its just a matter of pushing out as much data and undertaking as many operations as possible. Time is our friend.
Drs will generally stick with something until there is superior outcomes by another product, this is not brand loyalty, this is risk management as the current offering 'is the best and most reliable treatment at the time'. Only time and data can change this premise.
The longer Edwards and others wait to buy us out (as much as I would love to go it alone), the closer we are to achieving the medical indemnity insurance providers golden rule (best and most reliable treatment at the time) and naturally, the higher our SP will be.
