Why do you think SAVR still exists ? Because ALL current TAVRs have durability and performance issues and that’s why they are only used on older patients . AVRs DurAVR is looking like it will address all these issues and if it eventuates it WILL dominate the market and probably put a end to the majority of SAVR operations I expect offers to aquire AVR will start to be made sooner rather than later and probably from companies even AVR are not expecting . I have no expectations to which way this company is going to proceed here but regardless wether AVR is acquired or markets the TAVR themselves I can only see a bright future for holders GLTATH
