Sewell64, I think you might be a little confused here....
Mr Paterson, our CEO, has never said that the DurAVR does not contain sutures. He has however stated on numerous times in numerous presentations and interviews that our valve, the DurAVR, has only a small fraction of sutures compared to competitors valves. This is important for two reasons, i) sutures are sites prone to calcification ii) less sutures reduces the cost and time to make the DurAVR (compared to competitor's valves.)
