I think you are digging a deeper and deeper hole. By definition all TAVI would be sutureless. They are all just jammed in. Thus some of them causes rhythm disturbance and others creates difficulty to coronary access and others para valvular leak. So I am not sure what point you are trying to make . I think you said you had SAVR. So you are not actually a recipient of TAVI
